Mt.Tambora
The Mt.Tambora eruption in 1815 was the largest observed eruption of any volcano in history. It killed about 92,000 people, but it wasnt the eruption that killed all of them. Sure, the eruption killed a few hundred maybe thousand people, but what really destroyed the villages near it was the smoke and ash produced from the eruption. This smoke and ash covered the sky and blocked the sunlight from the villages. This caused crops to die and with no food to eat, the people began to starve. But, the eruption wasn't anything to laugh at. It has been the largest known eruption observed by humans. The mountain stood at 12,000 ft. tall before the eruption, but after the eruption it stood at about 4,000 ft. less. This is currently the most deadly eruption in history.

Hibok-Hibok
The 1951 eruption of Mt.Hibok-Hibok was a devastating event killing around 500 people. It was spotted by a ship captain that was sailing by the island. This volano completely devastated the main city of the island that this volcano is located in as well as surrounding islands. Many people had to find a new home since the island was mostly burned down and the parts that werent affected by the lava had heavy mud slides that were dangerous to cross. It also erupted in 1948 and 1950.
